This is my take on a DIY spacemouse project, inspired by [https://www.instructables.com/DIY-Space-Mouse-for-Fusion-360-Using-Magnets/](https://www.instructables.com/DIY-Space-Mouse-for-Fusion-360-Using-Magnets/)
The model has some space to avoid soldering wires directly to the magnetometer and RP2040, using JST connectors instead.
Please read the first lines of main.cpp on GitHub to see how to connect the wires (I've used 220 ohms resistors for the LEDs, btw).
You will need:
- 1x RP2040 (I used Waveshare's RP2040 Zero)
- 1× TLV493D Triple-Axis Magnetometer
- 6x 6x2mm neodimium magnets
- (optional) 2x 5mm LEDs + 2x 220 ohms resistors
- 2× Tactile Button switches
- 3x 6.5x22mm extension springs
- 3x 9x35mm compression springs
- 6x M3 heated inserts
- 6x M3x5 screws
- 10x M2 heated inserts
- different sizes of M2 socket head screws
- balancing weights (e.g. [https://www.amazon.it/dp/B00IJFR6YQ](https://www.amazon.it/dp/B00IJFR6YQ))
- wires
