Assembly Instructions for Desk Lamp

Parts List:

3D printed parts (Refer to provided images for clarity)
Lamp head with a diameter of 50mm + cable
Screw thread for M4 screw

 
Screw M4 length of 20mm (shorter is also acceptable)
 

Tools Required:

Soldering iron
Screwdriver
Screws as specified above
 

Step-by-Step Assembly:

Print the Parts

Print the Parts.

3 printed screws for the lamp holder
1 printed screw for the lamp base (Note: these screws are not identical)
2 printed rods for the lamp

Recommendation: Print the screws horizontally to enhance their strength and prevent them from breaking easily.

Prepare the Lamp Head:

Disassemble the LED head from its cable using a soldering iron. This step is necessary to thread the cable through the lamp's structure.

Thread the cable:

Begin threading the cable through the lamp's articulated arms. Follow the path shown in the images to ensure proper alignment and movement.
Make sure the cable is threaded all the way from the base to the lamp head position.

Reattach the LED Head:

Once the cable is threaded, use the soldering iron to attach the LED head back to the cable.
Secure the screw thread for the 4mm screw in the designated area using the soldering iron.
Ensure the connection is firm and the LED head is properly seated in the lamp head.
