2 x 2 gridfinity macropad. Uses mechanical switches and keycaps!
Assembly is very straight forward. You can follow this video if you don't know how to handwire a keyboard.
The upper part attaches to the bottom part using 8mm M3 screws and M3 threaded inserts like seen in the picture.
Parts list:
- 9 x Mechanical keyswitch
- 9 x Keycaps
- 1 x Pro Micro (or any other similar microcontroller)
- 2 x M3 threaded insert
- Some wire and diodes
