A parametric holder for drill bits, rotary tool bits, or really anything small and cylindrical.

The bit holder's height is calculated based on the overall bin height to preserve stackability of the bins. As long as the bit's head doesn't make contact with the bottom of the bin, another bin can be placed on top without resting on the bit heads below.

Tool head size limits:

• 2u bin: 7.5mm diameter
• 3u bin: 14.5mm
• 4u bin: 21.5mm

Tool shaft diameter: I found that configuring the shaft diameter to 3.5mm allows for good grip and reasonably easy insertion of bits with a 3.2mm shank. Printer tolerances and material (I used PLA) may change the cutout diameter required to get a good fit.
