We wear these things out at work through daily use. Eventually, the section of rubber above each mechanical switch wears out completely and it either falls off, or the post on the switch pushes through the rubber. At that point people press directly on the mechanical switch and the lateral loading eventually breaks the switch on the board itself. I designed these to save them from breaking all the time.
I printed with Overture TPU on a Prusa Mk3S+ at 0.1mm layer height with good results, but the tolerances are a little tricky as it's a relatively firm material. Clean the residue from the old rubber and then TEST FIT FIRST! If the tolerances are off, the buttons may be hard to press or they won't release properly. You can try adjusting your print to make it fit slightly better. Once you are confident it fits well, glue in place with a few very small dots of super glue.
Technically, I made these for work but I support free use for my fellow rad-safety folks so here you go!
Edit 8/3/24: Based on some feedback from the field, I have adjusted the dimensions and tolerances a bit. Try v4 instead of v3 if you're having trouble pressing the buttons or having them stick.
