Mini drum mixer

A mini drum mixer for powders or suspensions; it can fit 200 to 750 mL bottles (about: see photos). Rotating speed depends on DC 12V motor to be coupled (I used a 200 rpm DC 12 V fitted with a Amazon/PIXNOR 6V-28V 3A 80W DC Motor Speed Controller; see photos). For a better grip the wheels and other parts are fitted with a 1 mm-thick cuttable adhesive pad. Some small magnets (round 6x2 mm) are used for a better assembly but not strictly necessary

Some sanding may be necessary for a tight assembly.

The mixer assembly requires one stainless steel rod (8 mm diameter, length 400 mm), some screws and nuts (M3), 9 sleeves (hole 8mm, external diameter: 10mm, length: 10mm; Amazon/Sourcing map part No. a18072700ux0029eu) and four bearings (8x19x6mm; Amazon/Hilitand Art. No. Hilitand7c9e5qyazo).
The bearings probably are not strictly necessary because are not involved in the rotation mechanism (they are used to control the wheels only)
