I couldn't find a Lego sorting tool that I loved, so I designed my own. Each insert works with the base, which has little bumps in it to help lock them in when in use. 

No support is needed (print the base in the same orientation as the cutaway above shows), but I did use inner and outer brim for the base because I have bed adhesion anxiety. 20% infill seems to be plenty for all parts.
