I recently added a heat pump to our pool, so I had to redo some of the piping and needed some brackets to hold them in place. Off the shelf brackets didn't work so I made my own ones and thought I'd share them, in case someone has the same problem like I did.

The ones I printed and that are shown in the picture are slightly different then the ones I uploaded and are just for reference.

The uploaded versions are revised and improved, reducing print time and material consumption, also making the top mounting screw a lot more accessible.

I made 3 different sizes, first number is the distance from mounting surface to center of the pipe, the number in brackets is the distance from the mounting surface to the inner quadrant of the pipe.

If someone needs a specific size just message me and I can modify the model quickly and upload the preferred file (3mf or stl) for you :-)

Necessary mounting hardware:

• 2x Spax 4,5mm or similar
• 1x M3x20 Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw (top clamp piece)
• 1x M3x30 Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw (bottom clamp piece)
• 2x M3 Nyloc Nuts

Print settings:

• 0,2 IS Structural
• 3 perimeters
• 7 bottom / 7 top layers
• 10% Gyroid infill

Print in PETG, ASA or any other outdoor filament
