I did these for my wifes school class.
Printed them in PLA with a layerchange for the last 2 layers, for the numbers.
it depends a little on the filament but with the blue one there were loose at once. The tricolour was a little tighter. But it was very easy to “breake” it loose. Some spinning and some drops of “balistol-oil” and they spinn very nice.
