Strictly speaking this is of course not a trap, rather a bait station, i.e. a small container to apply poisonous bait for cockroaches, ants, silverfish, rattles etc.

It is basically just a small container (40x40mm, just big enough so it won't accidentally end up in your vacuum cleaner), very fast and easy to print (remember, you will need a few of these - I have so far printed 20+) and open to all sides (so the ants and roaches can smell the bait and have easy access). The idea is to prevent your home being messed up by the bait powder or sticky paste and to reduce the chances of accidental ingestion (e.g. by pets).

We use Cockroach powder bait [note: affiliate link from original author] but you could just as well mix your own paste (e.g. based on boric acid).

Designed for roaches and ants but should work with all kinds of unwanted arthropods.

Remember, whenever dealing with potentially hazardous substances to be extra careful and strictly follow instructions provided by the manufacturer/seller.
