Overview

Our 3D-printed universal wall mount offers a simple yet sleek design, perfect for securely mounting various items. The mount consists of two parts that are easy to print, both oriented in an upwards position, ensuring efficient use of materials and reliable strength.

Material and Print Settings

To achieve optimal durability and performance, we recommend printing the wall mount using strong materials such as PETG, ABS, ASA, or similar. While PLA can be used for lighter, indoor applications, it is best to avoid it for heavier loads or outdoor use.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.15 - 0.3 mm
• Infill: 50% or higher, up to 100%
• Walls: 4 or more

Dimensions and Compatibility

The universal wall mount measures 60 mm x 20 mm x 10 mm, making it compact yet strong. It features holes for M5 Hex socket countersink screws, spaced 32 mm apart. This design ensures compatibility with a wide range of items, making it a truly universal solution.

Installation Instructions

1. Mounting to the Wall:
   • Use M5 Hex socket countersink screws to attach the WallMount_Wall part to your desired location on the wall.
2. Attaching to the Item:
   • Secure the WallMount_attachment part to the item you wish to hang using the same type of hardware.
3. Assembly:
   • Slide the WallMount_attachment part into the WallMount_Wall part into place.
   • For additional stability, especially for heavier items, it is recommended to use at least two sets of universal wall mounts.

Customization Options

Enhance the aesthetic appeal of your mounted items by choosing different colors for the wall mount. This allows for personalization and better integration with your décor.

Weight Capacity and Safety

While we do not have specific weight capacity data, it is crucial to use strong materials and ensure proper installation to support the intended load. For safety and durability, follow these guidelines:

• Use multiple mounts for heavier items.
• Regularly inspect the mounts for any signs of wear or damage, especially when using PLA for lighter loads.
