MK4 Squirrel feeder. In addition to the 3D printed parts you will need: A length of 100mm soil pipe (main body), a piece of wood (place to stand) and a length of wire (hinge). I use the earth wire from some scrap twin and earth.

Glue the pipe to the base (bottom) with epoxy. Fill the lid weight holder with whatever you've got (I used spent pellets from my home range) and glue to the top lid with superglue. This stops the squirrels from pushing the lid off of the feeder. You will need 500. to 750g.

Screw the offset to the piece of wood that you are using as your standing place. Use washers to prevent screws from pulling though the base (bottom) and screw though the offset into the wood of the standing place. The hight of the offset is such so as to stop mice from getting into the feeder and to prevent rain water from wicking though the screw holes and spoiling the nuts.

Super glue the bolt holder (2off) to the top of the bottom lid. These prevent the lid from jamming open and allow you to add weight to the lid (by adding a bolt/nuts/washers) to stop birds from getting in. I have not found this necessary.

Print the top lid with 100% infill, or else any minor damage will cause it to become waterlogged and spoil the nuts.

Print everything at .3 layer hight. use variable layer hight on the base (bottom) to get a good hinge.
