The prints here are at 33% scale of my original STL. Final prints are ~ 71mm square by 2mm high. I printed in fast draft mode at 0.28 layer height.

Just like the real thing these may need a solid tap with a blunt edge to snap the edges into place. Worked great on my prints with PLA+!

I did find that the PLA+ tiles did have a little warp after I had a 4x4 section built up. I preheated a print bed to 70°C to warm up the grid and then put a heavy box on it while it cooled. Worked out well.
