The shell of my Casio B650W broke, so I made a replacement. I guess that the inside of Casio watches are pretty similar between the different models so I am pretty sure that this model should fit for other watch models as well.

Sure, the water proofing is out of the window now but I can still take it on a run. Plus, I think it looks kind of cool. Feel free to use Fusion 360 to change the pattern on the front and post a remix.

Print settings:

• use PETG because it's stronger that PLA
• print laying on its side with the light button facing down to add stability in the parts that broke on the original
• 10 perimeters so the whole model is printed with perimeters for maximum stability
• “snug” support settings worked best for me
• 0.1mm layer height to increase detail
• 20mm brim so the supports don't come off the build plate
