Flexible storage solution for multiple sizes of router bits and accessories.  My main goal was to have the ability to reorganize storage over time.  I saw Stumpy Nubs' cabinet and really liked the concept of a sliding rail system, but didn't want to mill up the individual holders.  

The rails are 3/8" aluminum rod (McMaster Carr 8974K24).  The cabinet I've shown isn't required, only two uprights to hold the rail supports at whatever lengths needed for your situation.  (note: any longer than 24" you'd likely have to make some sort of center support for the rails).

The dovetail shaped bottom stl is optional, depending on whether you want a floor for support or want the shank to pass through and let the bit rest on the top of the tray.  It also allows for support-free printing.  Print the trays upside down (i.e. w/curved rail rabbets facing up), then slide in the floor with a dab of glue.  

The trays have a shallow indent on the front designed to fit 3/8" labels (I use Brother P-Touch, but any 3/8 tape or label should fit).

Step files for the STLs available on request.  I don't have drawings for the cabinet, it was sized based on leftover wood from another project.
