TBH, this took me many iterations to get it the way I wanted it and so, I think it's a darn good overall stencil that is not too wobbly, creates clear numbers and letters, and is useful right after the print.

The thickness of the stencil is 1.25mm with an overall dimension of 4" x 7". I know, I'm mixing metric and imperial.

Print Settings

I have a Bambu X1C, and you can download the profile I used if you have a Bambu printer: here. However, here are my print settings to get the best quality since quality is a must have for a stencil IMO.

• .12mm layer height
• Detect thin walls (if you can)
• 15% infill (even though it does not really matter for this print. ,
