My younger son ripped my wife's glasses off one too many times and snapped the frame irreparably. She's been working with her previous prescription but it was giving her headaches, so I sat down and designed a replacement based off of her originals.
I printed them at a .16 layer height with the arms facing bottom up and the glasses facing front down to minimize supports and keep the parts toucher her smoother, then used some M2x10 screws I pulled from a laptop for the hinges. You could probably print the main frames in other orientations to make them look nicer, but my concern was strength.
Not really sure how universal lens shapes are, but figured I'd upload these since they came out decent.

Notes:
I found that a small hand file works better on PETG and gives more control with less heat buildup than sanding.
