Roblox Light Box

Made this for my son, he's really into Roblox (*sigh*) and was asking to build something for him. He already has a keychain on his school-backback so this was a nice surprise for him when he went to bed. I'm not that good at modelling this stuff so improvments are always welcome. Most probably I have to make another one for his nephew so I will update it when I make improvements myself.

Designed using Sketchup, based on the official logo. I used an IKEA Vattensten 1m LED strip inside. The inside for the letters (the 2x thin sheets) is 0.6mm so if you print in 0.2 layers you need 3 layers, it gives a nice faded effect so his room is not too bright. If you want brighter I suggest lowering the model 0.2mm under the build plate in Prusaslicer or split the stl. I used black for the box and white PLA for the inside ‘sheets’

Use superglue to glue everything together but make sure to test fit first. I made everything so you can't go really wrong with the assembly.

Fits perfectly on a Mk4.
