This adjustable set of drawer dividers comes in two heights, 50mm and 70mm, and various lengths from 200 to 520mm.

For one divider you have to print two "HxL_TWall.stl" and one "HxL_Connector.stl" file of the same height. The first number (H) gives the height in mm, the second (L) the length of the part.

ASSEMBLY

Be sure to print it with a layer height of 0.2mm to have it fit just right, check Print Settings for details. Two 70x200 TWalls and one Connector take about 12h on my printer.

After printing, slide and press the TWall with the top side (slightly rounded) into the Connector, give a final push until you feel a snap and repeat with the other TWall. Pull it apart to fit the length of your drawer.

Each TWall should have at least 40mm inside the Connector to not shift around in the drawer. You can secure the flat side of the TWall to the drawer with some doublesided tape if needed, or don't if you want to be able to move it around.

Printed with 1.75mm PLA. Be sure to add some gluestick or other adhersion spray/tape to have it stick to the bed. I've printed one divider at once, that's 2 TWall and 1 Connector piece.

Other Slic3r settings:

• First Layer height: 0.3mm
• Solid Layers top/bottom: 3
• Vertical Shells: 2
• All "Quality" Settings except "Avoid crossing perimeters"
