I have an old cheap printer so I don't have any good print tips. It doesn't need to be super strong so I have been printing with around 20% infill. I use PLA mostly but have printed in ABS. I built my dispenser by cutting three 12" sections of 2" pvc pipe, gluing the printed ends to the pipe, then making two wood pipe holders from 1x4 oak. It takes a 2 3/8" hole saw, some regular drill bits, and ¾" #6 screws (6 of them). I ended up covering the ugly pvc with craft paper.
