Print them in the supplied orientation. Using a 0.6 mm nozzle, you can get away with a single perimeter and no infill.

They are meant to be attached with tesa powerstrips, command strips, or anything similar.

If you want to print multiples and don't trust sequential printing, I provided breakaway models, that stack 6 of the clips in a single run. They easily separate after printing. I recommend turning off retraction when printing a stacked tower.

The clips come in different variations:

For single to quadruple cables, each as single clip or 6-stack.

Clips for flat cables, either a single cable or two stacked cables. Measure your flat cable, they vary in size. There is a version for ~2mm cables and for ~2.5mm cables. These also each come as single or stacked version.

Especially the triple and quadruple clips get looser, the more cables are in them. So I think they should really only be used for routing cables neatly without  too sharp bends or long, heavy stretches of cable. Feel free to test it out, though, these are printed insanely quickly and use very little material.
