To customize the container, open the FreeCAD file, double click on the “parameters” spreadsheet object and change the numbers accordingly (some recommendations are included). The model should update automatically. Just export the “lid_final” and “container_final” bodies to .step or .stl.

This should be fairly simple to print. Just remember to print the lid upside down. You can use Prusa Slicer's “negative feature” to emboss text or a logo on the lid, the bottom or even on the side of a larger container (0.5 mm depth is pretty good).

A 1 mm default thread tolerance (set in the parameters spreadsheet) should be more than enough, but, if your lid is not screwing in easily, it can be increased.
