I used 0.8mm nozzle with my Ender3 printer, the outcome is nice and clean, though it could have a cleaner top print if I used 0.4mm nozzle.
there are 2 base models one with one side cover for the gears (easier to print with no support but less aesthetically pleasant) and one with two side covers for nicer and cleaner finish.
