The knob, top and bottom part shall be printed with 0.2 mm layer height with 20 % infill for structural stability.
Due to small dimensions of the led diffuser, i would recommend 0.1 mm layer height.
For the mechanical parts use Arduino Nano, KY-040 rotary encoders, Adafruit Neopixel 8 diode rings.
