This model is made as a very cheap alternative to the commercial macro diffuser options.

NO SUPPORTS NEEDED, I recommend using 0.3mm layer height.

What you need:

8 circular magnets ( 5mm x 3mm ) the stronger the better. I have tested it with cheap magnets from Temu, and they are able to hold it fine..but it is better to use strong magnets.

It's a really tight fit for the magnets, you will properly need something to push them in with, I recommend using something magnetic, this makes it much easier to steer the magnets in. If you want to be sure they stay in place I recommend using super glue as well. 

Optional:

Metallic tape, I use silver, but you could also use gold or bronze if you want a warmer flash.

The tape is simply to direct more light down, towards the subject, but it also serves as a way to not blind everyone around you.

Recommended Filaments:

Clear PLA filament (made for prusa)

Prusament PLA Pristine White (I tested and the Pristine White wont turn the flash yellow, like some other white PLA's will)
