While working on my enclosure I wasn't happy with any existing hinges that I found so I decided to design my own. 

Whats the point at being good at CAD if you don't needlessly design your own stuff?

I was inspired by these hinges:

I didn't like the idea of having to drill holes in the acrylic sheet I was going to use for the door.

I designed mine to be held on to the acrylic with a 2 part epoxy. 

To attach to the enclosure I used #6 dry wall screws.

This was made for an acrylic thickness of 0.125".
