this is a light design to hold a 4 module relay board in place and it's contacts isolated. While the board is spec'ed to switch higher voltages I use it with 5V and 3.3V on all sides so I did not take extra care to immobilize the outgoing lines any more than the screw-in terminal already does. I would absolutely do more if I was to use it with mains!

In a low-voltage situation though this is just what is necessary.
