Precision Horizontal Level Key chain

This is a high precision alternative to spirit level.  It's small, compact and can be attached to your key chain.

The level requires a 7mm steel ball bearing.  If you built the Prusa printer yourself, you should have a few of these left over.

Assembly Instruction

Print the top and bottom housing with the outer face facing downward.  (Printing in single color, please only use the TopHousing.stl and BottomHousing.stl files only)

It is not necessary, but there are four holes in the model to help with aligning the two halves.  Cut four lengths of filaments 5 to 7mm long.  Chamfer the ends and insert them into the bottom half.  The holes are meant to be tight, so the parts align perfectly with no movements.  I had to insert the filament with a pliers first.  If you are using a material with a larger shrinkage like ABS, you may need to scale up the model by 1%.

Finally place the steel ball onto the track an then glue both halves together.
