I made this meme years ago, to give my wife a hard time about how she squeezes her toothpaste from the middle.  (No sexist offense intended--I'm sure there are plenty of dudes out there doing the exact same thing.)  

Anyway, that inspired me to name it the M-SAVER (M for Money or M for Marriage).  This design not only feels ergonomically excellent, but also DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SUPPORTS (though you may want to slow down the print speed a bit).  

It's not just for toothpaste.  One of our friends is a hairdresser and said she would definitely want a few for her tubes of hair dye/products that are very expensive and not to be wasted.
