I made body, head and head ring more rounded and adjusted arm pin for tighter fit.
Made it able to print without support and added android logo on the body.

Print Details

Print objects, amounts and my settings (I used Cubic infill in Cura)

1 x body (layer: 0.2, infill: 10%, print upside-down)
1 x head (layer: 0.15, infill: 20%)
1 x head ring (layer: 0.3, infill: 0%)
1 x pair of eyes (layer: 0.15, infill: 10%)
2 x arm (layer: 0.15, infill: 20%)
2 x shoulder pin (layer: 0.15, infill: 10%)
2 x arm pin (layer: 0.15, infill: 20%)
2 x any combination of hands (layer: 0.15, infill: 20%, print upside-down on the wider flat surface). There are few other hand options in the original thing but I haven't used them.
There are also shoulder rings in the original thing but I haven't used them neither.

My printer is not so accurate so I printed big parts with speed 40 mm/s and small parts 25 mm/s. Set speed based on your experience.

Please note:

• Shoulder pins are bigger than arm pins
• Shoulder pins have one side wider than the other. The wider side is going into the body
• The pins have very tight fitting. Use power placing them. I did it many times. Nothing was broken
• Head ring might need some cleaning/sanding in "arcs" in order to fit on the body
• Eyes should be glued to the head Any comments/suggestions are welcome.
