I wanted to challenge myself to design a filament spool rack that could hold my ~20rolls of filament and be printed/assembled in less than 1 day using ¾" dowel I had from another project.

Non-Printed Parts

• 3/4" dowels
  • x8 verticals 9.5" (as pictured)
  • x6 horizontal 24" (as pictured)

Print Settings

• Walls: >5 for .4mm widths - enough for solid walls (3mm)
• Top Layers: 8 for .2mm layer height
• Bottom Layers: 8 for .2mm layer height
• Supports: not required depending on printer

I used a .6mm nozzle and .3mm layer height w/ PLA, so far so good.
