There are various versions of these tools around, but I wanted to have one that doesn't look boring, works well and is customizable. This is the result.
With a 0.6mm nozzle I would suggest 3 outer layers, with 0.4mm at least 4 to make sure its stable enough the handle the weight of a human body. Also I've been using 40% infill without any issues. A medium hard TPU is probably the best material so it can flex a tiny bit.
