Modelo 3D MicroFlightLab RC servo setup por john3volts3 no Printables

Descrição

Small test bench for adjusting servo travel directions and simple motor setup.

This small bench was inspired by "RC video review": [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S74TF4YutQ&t=1086s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S74TF4YutQ&t=1086s)

I started from scratch to make it more general-purpose, practical, and just as easy to print.

All moving parts clip together.

Cable management is facilitated by reusable clips.

Everything prints without supports.

A 'standard' layer thickness of 0.2 mm is sufficient.

The printing parameters are standard.

Optionally ensure that the infill is at least 25 or 30%.

It is highly recommended to print the clips in PETG because flexibility is necessary to prevent them from breaking during assembly.

The cradles are designed for micro servos. The tolerances are generous.

The motor cradle is intended for motors of about 30 mm.

The engine cradle is reversible for engines with front or rear mountings.

The rear stabilizer can be T or V-shaped.

A very good flight controller is required to make it fly (joke).

If there's too much friction for the moving parts, a very small drop of lubricant immediately solves the problem.

There are markers (circle, triangle, line) on the control surfaces and on the control horns. These markers allow for the correct selection of control horns for the different control surfaces.

Designed in Sketchup.

Notes:

It is advised to print the parts that clip together in PETG to take advantage of flexibility.

A friend encountered a minor slicing issue in Cura. Some holes were blocked. It's easy to correcting this issue.  In the "Mesh Fixes" section, there is an option called "Union Overlapping Volumes." This option should be unchecked to ensure that the slicing is done correctly, respecting the small gaps.
