Hardware Required:

2x M2 RUTHEX Threaded Inserts 

2x M2x6 Bolts

2x Cable Matters CAT6A Shielded Keystone Jack

1' Ethernet Cable

1x DPST ON-OFF 12V Rocker Switch

Build Instructions:

1- Connect RJ45 Jacks with ~ 2"-3" of ethernet cable

2- Rock Jacks into place

3- Install ON-OFF switch into top plate

4- Use CA Glue to secure 2x RUTHEX inserts to switch the body flush with the insert holes

4- Connect solid ORANGE and BLUE ethernet wires to DPST switch

5- Install top plate and secure with 2x M2 bolts

Assembly may require minor filing of interface parts. The jacks should fit extremely snugly into the body but must be rocked in bottom-to-top. Make sure the switch does not come into contact with ethernet shielding.
