Descrição
A small light stand for USB lights (like Amazon ASIN B08MJD4P17). I do use a 12V to USB-A buck converter (Amazon ASIN B0CHJN3J2Y). You may have to adapt the stand's dimensions if you use a different USB-A plug, YMMV.
I do use this as a front light to reduce the shades caused by the extruder while the first few layers are printed.
The stand can be used without the shroud. I do use it with the shroud made of CPE HT which acts as a diffusor for those annoying single and bright LED dots that do irritate my eyes when just passing by.
If you use the shroud assemble as follows: First click the shroud and the adapter together. Now push the USB-A plug through the ring in direction of the shroud. Then push the adapter+shroud and the USB cable down the stand. Now push the USB-A plug into the stand. Finally push up the adapter+shroud until everything fits tighly. The shroud can now be easily rotated into the desired position.
