Test print files for determining clearances between parts.  Parts are identified with the radial clearance between the sphere and the housing.

In PrusaSlicer ensure the following setting to avoid the small test gaps being ignored:

Advanced > Slice gap closing radius = 0mm

Sphere Clearance Test 0.1mm Mk2:

• Test gaps of 0.1 to 0.7 mm in 0.1 mm increments

Sphere Clearance Test 0.001 Inch Mk2:

• Test gaps of 0.001 to 0.007 inch in 0.001 inch increments

Sphere Clearance Test 0.004 Inch Mk2:

• Test gaps of 0.004 to 0.028 inch in 0.004 inch increments
