I have printed an enclosure for a modified corne split keyboard and some screw-heads protrude above the surface of the keyboard that would interfere with standard keycaps full travel. I use OpenSCAD to modify keycap models that might work with my keyboard. These ones are the most compatable ones I have found to date.

The scad file I created is included and can be modified. It requires the original STL in the same folder. I have also included an STL of my version of the modified keycaps.

I printed using PLA.

0.2 layer height

Caps top down. I used a brim and filed of the extra material.

These made a very tight fit on the switch stems so I also lightly filed the stem holder part of the keycap to the degree possible.
