A dispenser for self-adhesive patches. Three versions: For 17 mm, for 19-20 mm and 25 mm.

It was soon apparent in practical use, though, that it had some very big flaws; it was a pain to load the bottom roll and it was just small enough to not take full rolls.

These new designs are addressing these flaws. It will also allow space enough for samples to be stuck to the external backing tape guide.

Separators are guided by splines in the dispenser body. Put a separator on each roll. This prevents rolls from unravelling each other and keeps the backing tape well organized.

Print with seam setting “aligned” to avoid pips all over the print. There are special features of the model guiding the seam to invisible places. Run a sandpaper through tape paths to clear them from any blobs or whiskers.

Replaced the previous model for the 19 mm Czech patches with a new one designed to handle 20 mm x 2000 patches/roll Eemann ET-302018 (Black) and Eemann ET-302017 (White) as well. This new model also got alternate tape paths to handle patches on any side of the tape. A narrow window allows monitoring the bottom roll, it is also a path for rain and dirt to enter…

I came across 25mm patches on dia. 62 mm rolls. I do not know the brand but now there is a version for these too.
