Short run video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K17ALo4rEuw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K17ALo4rEuw)
Only the second run, getting the hang of steering. This is not full throttle as I'm still learning to keep it going straight.
Another favorite toy of mine was the Typhoon hovercraft from Tyco. Here is my version.
You will need:
2 x 2205-2300 motors
2 x 5" props
1 airplane esc forward only
1 esc forward/reverse
3 channel RC receiver
RC radio
battery - I used Turnigy 3s 1300. Room is tight, needs to be small.
2 x wire coat hangers
Rip stop nylon
Plenty of 3mm screws
Epoxy

Yes
Resolution:

Notes:
I printed the parts in the orientation that needed the least amount of supports. Some of the thin panels were printed vertically and for those I used rafts.
Clean and glue pieces as needed.
I put a tube on the inside of the skirt at the top and bottom that is big enough for a coat hanger. I shaped coat hanger to match the channel on the bottom skirt attachment and another to match the inside edge of the outer body of the craft. I ran these hanger wires through the tubes in the skirt and used the panels to clamp them in place. This leaves the skirt easy to remove with screws should it need replaced or changed.
