Thread as many needles as you can onto the ring. Coil a piece of cotton around the hooked tip of the ring and pull off the needle to have it threaded and ready to sew with.

This needs a finely tuned printer. I'd suggest printing several at the same time to get a perfect result.  Try a thickness of around 0.2. 

Scale up for larger needles. This model will fit an eye size of 0.7mm x 2mm.
