A stronger snap together hinge for my modular boxes.  

Resolution:

0.12mm

Assembly Instructions:

1. Two hinge halves are inserted into each hinge loop of the box bottom and box top fully until they snap in place (photos 1-3.)  Do this for all of the hinge loops before proceeding to the next step.
2. The box top and box top are brought together in the closed position (photo 4.)
3. The pin is pushed fully through the hinge holes so that it snaps in place (photos 5-7.)
