Modelo 3D Liquid Piston Engine por Raymoon no Printables

Descrição

A 3D printable model of the liquid piston engine designed by me.

Print Settings should be 0.2 or 0.1mm for layer height because of the axial fitment of the bearings.

The holes in the printed parts for the bearings are modeled as 37.1mm and the shaft diameter is modeled as 30.0mm, make shure that the bearings fit under these dimensions (I have fitment test prints in the files included). You can use 3D-Printed bushíngs instead of the bearings, files are also included.

Use Supports only for the Engineblock.

The Sparkplug could need a raft or brim for better bed adhesion and it needs to be printed 3x

Hardware required:

18x ISO 4762 M4x12 (at least 6 for good connection )

4x Ball Bearings 6706 37x30x4mm (Can be exchanged with 3D-Printed bushings)
