Print on it's side with supports turned on, as in the photos. If you print it laying flat with support, the peg will shear off at the layer line and become stuck in the cabinet wall, which is how the old ones failed.

I printed at 60% infill and 5 walls in the hopes that it would be strong enough. 100% infill isn't a bad idea though.

PLA is likely not the best choice for this application but it's what I had on hand to fix the problem quickly. Plus, it's been working fine for about the last week. I'm not too worried about creep, since there are gussets, but still, PETG or ABS is probably a better choice.
