We have a table with a cloth and a protective plastic sheet over it. Usual clips were unable to keep everything in place (clipping load much too small, clips eventually gliding). These clips do a good job and do not damage the table nor the cloth.

I prefer printing it in PETG so that the clip maintains its clamping force for a longer period than with PLA. Check the 5 or 4 mm thick clips to evaluate the necessary clamping force. 

The clips are designed for approximative clipping size is of about 24mm.
