Indispensable for any enthusiast, the Debowler is a must-have tool, and I took it upon myself to craft my own version. This versatile creation boasts an interchangeable core, facilitating swift replacements when needed. This feature proves invaluable, especially when the cores wear out or become clogged after extensive use. Furthermore, this gives you the option to customize your own core and add a personal touch!

Initially, I opted for a fully 3D-printed design, but soon realized its limitations in durability. The delicate core demanded careful handling, which wasn't practical for its intended purpose. Consequently, I integrated two M3 X 0.5 MM threaded heat inserts, along with a single M3 X 20 MM flathead screw, ensuring structural robustness and peace of mind during usage.

Materials required:

• Two M3 X 0.5 MM threaded heat inserts
• One M3 X 20 MM flathead screw

Assembly Instructions:

The assembly process is straightforward. Begin by inserting a threaded heat insert into the center hole of the Debowler, leaving some space to accommodate the screw, ensuring it sits flush on the surface (refer to the provided images). Once positioned, fasten the screw from the underside until it aligns flush with the base. Subsequently, affix the second heat insert to the bottom of the center core (whether spike or 420 leaf, or both). Finally, screw the core onto the center screw—simple as that!

Printing Guidelines:

Printing requirements are flexible. I utilized PLA with two perimeters, a 15% infill, and activated ironing for a polished interior finish. Feel free to adjust settings to your preference.

Supports are necessary for the cores, but not for the bowl itself.
