2 versions of a Bandsaw sharpening jig that is designed to hold any rotary tool (like a Dremel). It is pictured here with the Dremel 8240 which is among the largest of the handheld rotary tools so it should work with most any others. 

It holds the tool at a consistent angle every time allowing for repeatable long term sharpening and does not require you to remove the blade.  I am able to sharpen a 120" 4TPI (480 teeth) blade in roughly 7 minutes. 

It has 3 slots for standard band clamps to secure the rotary tool. 

1. Fence Version - this version uses the bandsaws fence to set its location. Center the Dremel  on the blade and set your fence on the left so it will ride along it. (no supports needed)
2. Miter Slot Version - references off of the miter slot on the saw table. You MUST ensure the miter slot is the correct size and location for your individual saw. In the provided file the miter bar is ¾" and the blade is 3 3/8 from the edge of the miter slot. Edit this as needed to fit your saw. (Supports needed to raise the base allowing for the miter bar to be printed) 

You can use the Dremel cutoff discs but diamond discs are stiffer and get better results in my experience.
