Who wants their razor soaking in the nasty cesspuddle that drips from it after they finish using it?

At worst, you could end up with blade flu, an oft-overlooked mechanism of pathogen transmission caused by using a razor that has marinated in the primordial soup that just came off of your face (or worse). Before you protest “But my razor is stainless steel!"

Okay, okay, let's assume your razor doesn't have a maxed out viral load or a bacteria and fungi colony living all over it (I actually don't believe you). Riddle me this: Is the blade itself immune to oxidization? Let me answer that for you: Probably not. So, when I tell you I designed this so that it ever so gently lifts your razor blade off of the surface of the stand, just be graceful about it and say “Thanks @toneswag, you really shouldn't have. Thanks for keeping my razor from being submerged in the funkjuice that came off of my face (or worse).”

Ordinarily I would trust the license to convey this message, but I know you're all 3edgy5me, so I'll be explicit. Don't start a company called Chewbacca's Shaving Co. or Hipster Toiletries Co. or Shaving Mama or Instagram Drop-Shipper Grift Co. (or any other name) and try to pawn this off as your own unless you like facing legal consequences.

Do:

• Print a bunch of these and use them to showcase your collection of safety razors.
• Shove up to twelve 6mm x 2mm disc magnets into the base so it sticks to your magnetic Gridfinity bases.
• Consider using a soldering iron to really get them to melt nicely into the stand. That's what I do. Just remember, heating a magnet too much (for the nerds: past it's Curie temperature) will demagnetize it, so don't do that. Just enough for it to melt into the slots, and no more.
• Be part of the problem: Make puns about blades and edges and the like in your Make descriptions. People on the Internet love witty, sharp puns.
