Sliding Box

This is a simple box with a sliding lid. 

Tolerances are not super tight (0.3 mm margin), so even if your dimensional accuracy is not perfect it should print ok. 

Printing

Material: PLA
Layers: 0.2 mm +/- 0.1 mm Adaptive Layers (to speed up the print)
Raft: No
Support: No*
Infill: 15%
Walls: 3

*: The bottom would actually need supports, due to the steep angle of the groove where the lid slides. To avoid wasting material with supports and to reduce total print time, I have uploaded a version of the bottom of the box split in two parts.
Using this version, you can print the two halves on their flat side, without supports, and then glue them together.
