I designed this tap handle to hide the board of the 2.7" e-Paper module, but still make it easy to take it off for replacement/repair.

The main body of the tap handle is designed to have 4 M3 nuts placed into it while the print is paused, as well as a 3/8-16 nut placed into the print for it to thread onto the faucet. The M3 nuts hold the back plate on.

The e-Paper module is bolted onto the back plate with M3x8mm flathead bolts/screws. M3x8mm flathead bolts should also be long enough to attach the backplate to the tap handle.

No supports are needed with either print. Tap handle is printed with the “front” of it on the bed so that the print can be paused to insert the nuts.
