I created this one to screw into a Raspberry Pi mount and this, to have Cable Management and to protect potential cables/dongles etc that might be sticking out of the ports.
 

Idea to use the modular 2U system from Musicstore by Krapozok on Thingiverse (He/Her also have mounts for Raspberry Pi 1-3B on Thingiverse.)
